Primary Care Fellows: Planning & Running an Educational Event

The Primary Care Academy (South West) would like to invite you to attend a “Planning and running an educational event” educational session.

As a medical professional you are likely to be an educator in some form.  You will therefore have the opportunity to have a significant impact and help to shape your colleagues careers.  You are a role model and your actions and attitudes will affect others, and in turn your learners will likely emulate some of these.  Therefore advancing your skills to plan and run an educational session is incredibly important.

During this workshop we will look to introduce the techniques and importance of running and planning an educational session.  We will explore how you can hook learners and help people to discover and learn for themselves. We will consider how to organise your session whilst keeping them interesting and interactive.
